Swimmers must now nominate for events on Swim Central. Please nominate for all events (even if you are not sure whether you will be coming) because it is easier to scratch you on the night than add you.
Families are asked to have at least one helper available on the evening, usually to be a timekeeper. At the end of the evening swimmers will collect a Freddo for every personal best time swum. Timekeepers who get a "snap" get a Freddo too!
Warm up for all swimmers starts at 4.30pm on Club Nights.
